I have lived all my life in a hurry. Completed tasks at the last moment. Too many hurdles every time.
I was born before the doctors had predicted my entry date or was rather forced to with doubts of me being born a brainless child. But I was born! Perfectly healthy, high pitched crying and above all a mentally fit baby to join this mad mad world.
I started talking early, walking early and joined playschool when I was 2! So was I child prodigy? Naaah! I was just a rebel of sorts - a rebel for no real reasons. So until I figured out some good reasons to feed the thirst of my rebellious side, I grew up to be the 'hurried' child.
I broke teeth early, fell in love at the age of 5 (so what if it was Aamir Khan? The love of thousands of Bollywood stricken Indians! My blind love continues till date).
I just realised with time, doing things in a hurry was my inherent nature. That sole one thing which you are born with encoded in your genes somewhere.
I grew up to be well forsighted of what I wanted of my life. But I still did or do things in hurry.
For eg. I forever knew which High School I wanted to attended but when did, I regretted my decision of hurry. Universities - I forever knew, then later cried over spilt milk, which I had spilt in my HURRY! Job, probably the one 'most girls would die for' I achieved in a hurry, hated in a hurry, left is a hurry and now I wish I could have decoded my 'Hurry' gene and deactivated it for good before making decisions!
Yes. I have accumulated too many regrets and that was my biggest challenge. Until today.
It just struck me today while talking to somebody I started loving in a hurry but for the first time, after much applied thought decided to let go.
And I thought, has life been too bad? Yeah, it hasn't been the best, but too bad really? Just then my instinct slapped me to senses.
It hasn't been good or bad. It has been an experience! Which is better!
And that's when I decided to write down my heartfelt experiences, resonances, revelations... that have touched my life in some or the other way. That when I rewind back my life and keep aside the regrets, I realise how enriching my life has been due to those hurried, intuitive decisions and how worthy it is to keep aside those regrets.
Hence, here I am, a part of horde of blogger, to share with you my instincts. Cause as you will see, I have lived all my life in a hurry. Completed tasks at the last moment. Too many hurdles every time. But seeing it around...
I have crossed the hurdles, fulfilled my tasks and lived my life. Completely.
